The fastest way to reach us is email. We read everything and reply to anything that needs a reply — tool requests, bug reports, broken outbound links, and advertising or partnership inquiries.

When reporting a broken tool, include the page URL, your browser and version, and the steps that reproduce the problem. Screenshots of the error help more than descriptions.

For tool requests, one sentence on the job and one on how often you do it is enough. If three people ask for the same thing, it jumps the queue.

We do not offer phone support and we do not operate social media accounts for support. Email is the whole support department.
